Our Story

Where Passion Meets Purpose

For us, being artists is about more than just creating; it's about a deeper purpose. What began as Michele's lifelong love for crafting, nurtured by her home economics teacher mother, unexpectedly blossomed into a vibrant, full-time art enterprise rooted in the unique artistry of nature and human experience.

We firmly believe that The Future of Luxury is Sustainable. In a world grappling with resource scarcity, true luxury isn't found in mindless consumption but in thoughtful creation and mindful choices. Our entire business embodies this philosophy, transforming overlooked materials and profound experiences into art that makes a statement. This is where our Passion Meets Purpose in every single piece.

Our Art Business Umbrella:
Diverse Creations, Unified Vision

Our journey has led us to cultivate a family of artistic endeavors, each with its unique focus, yet all united by our shared commitment to art's transformative power and ethical practice.

Bone Boutique: Wearable Conservation

Bone Boutique is a pioneering company dedicated to crafting exquisite jewelry and sculptures from ethically sourced animal bones. We honor the legacy of arts and culture while promoting sustainability and minimizing our environmental impact. Our unique pieces transcend the ordinary, connecting wearers with the natural world and fostering a sense of awe and appreciation. As a family-owned business, we are committed to providing exceptional craftsmanship, personalized service, and a touch of the extraordinary. This is our commitment to Wearable Conservation—art that tells a story and treads lightly on the planet.

Art of War: Phillip S. Moore's Vision

"Art of War" emerged as a powerful 18-piece exhibit seen through the color-blind eyes of veteran artist Phillip S. Moore. It's a series of moments in time, captured and shared through subtle wording and bold color schemes, defining what Phillip truly sees. Painting despite extreme color-blindness is not only courageous but liberating. This series profoundly impacted our community, with proceeds from limited-edition calendars raising over $20,000 to fund the Veterans Art Scholarship at the North Port Art Center. While the series is now closed for new calendars, notecards, prints, and Giclée are available, allowing Phillip's profound story to continue reaching audiences.

Images of Therapy: Art's Healing Potential

At Images of Therapy, Phillip and Michele, a couple empowered by art’s healing potential, aim to ignite the creative spark within everyone. Through artistic exploration, we guide individuals on journeys of self-discovery and emotional well-being, transforming canvases into windows towards a brighter future. This visual arts company often uses water-based mediums, focusing on 2D paintings that explore emotion and inspire reflection. We also proudly facilitate the North Port Paint Posse, a community group dedicated to communal art-making every Sunday.
