The M109A6 Paladin is a self-propelled howitzer that fires 100 pound bullets. This cannon provides direct support to friendly ground units, up to 30 miles away. Every artillery crew member jumps to action inside the cannon when we hear two distinct words over the radio, “FIRE MISSION!”
