The Story
A Tiny Resurrection. This sculpture is the "little sister" to our larger demitasse gardens, focusing on a singular, high-impact bloom. Built into a miniature demitasse set from my mother’s collection, this piece is a study in scale and sentiment.
Emerging from a lush bed of preserved forest moss is a single, towering "Bone Blossom" meticulously crafted from salvaged Plecostomus fish scales. These scales have undergone a strenuous and lengthy whitening process to achieve a pure, porcelain finish that mimics the look of fine bone china. Standing at just 4.5 inches tall, it is a redemptive tribute to the Florida wild, reimagined as a whimsical, "Alice in Wonderland" artifact.
The Composition
A delicate, vertical sculpture that transforms a tiny vintage treasure into a permanent, blooming sanctuary.
The Foundation: A miniature demitasse cup and saucer, permanently joined (3-inch diameter saucer, 2-inch wide cup).
The "Garden": Preserved natural green moss featuring a singular, architectural blossom made from ethically salvaged Florida Plecostomus fish scales.
Dimensions: Approximately 4.5 inches total height.

Change of Mind: While we cannot offer returns on sculptures due to their delicate nature, we understand that unforeseen circumstances might occur. If you decide you no longer want a sculpture after receiving it, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days. We may be able to offer a store credit, depending on the specific item and its condition.
