Because each of our prints and notecards is produced by hand in our studio specifically for your order, we handle returns with a focus on quality and fairness.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Since we use a hand-vetted process, we stand behind the quality of our work.
Returns & Exchanges

Prints and Giclées: Because these are printed to order and hand-matted, we generally do not accept returns for a "change of mind." We encourage you to reach out with any questions about a piece before purchasing.

Notecards: Unopened and unused notecard packs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, minus shipping costs.
Refunds If a return is approved, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
