Each piece features ethically salvaged vertebrae from the Burmese python (Python bivittatus), an invasive apex predator currently impacting the native wildlife balance across the Florida Everglades. Since logging our very first specimen from a certified Everglades python hunter in March 2020, Bone Boutique has responsibly processed over 150 of these incredible animals. Today, we proudly collaborate with a dedicated FWC non-native reptile removal specialist to ensure these specimens are never discarded or wasted.
Curated patiently in batches over a multi-year process, these vertebrae represent a beautiful second life—turning a pressing environmental challenge into a profound, sustainable statement of natural history and ten years of dedicated craftsmanship.
